Butterfly Pea Panna Cotta

Ingredients

  • 300 ml Milk
  • 300 ml Fresh cream
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • Vanilla essence
  • 2 1/2 tsp Gelatine
  • 3 tbsp Butterfly Pea powder

Ingredients for Mango Lemon Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Ripe Mango Puree
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup Water

Directions

In a heavy bottom saucepan, boil the milk and butterfly pea powder for 4-5 minutes on low flame. Turn off the heat. Let it cool. Add gelatine.

In another saucepan, heat fresh cream and sugar on low flame.

Mix the boiled milk and cream.

Add vanilla essence and a pinch of salt.

Pass the liquid through a strainer.

Transfer it to the desired moulds. Refrigerate it overnight.

For the sauce

Heat all the ingredients in a heavy bottom saucepan on low flame for 3-4 minutes.

Turn off the heat. Let it cool.
