Blueberry brownies..
Ingredients
- 100 g All purpose flour/Maida
- 50 g Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 115 g Salted Butter
- 190 g Demerara sugar
- 2 count Eggs
- 100 g Dark chocolate
- 3 tbsp Water
- 60 g Blueberries
- 1 tbsp Apf/ Maida
- 6-7 count Blueberries
Directions
Mix flour, baking powder and cocoa powder.
Sift it thrice.

Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
In a bowl, melt the chocolate . Keep the bowl in microwave and heat it until it melts.

In a bowl, mix butter and sugar.Heat it in microwave until the butter melts.
Add eggs .
Fold in flour .
Add melted chocolate.Fold the batter very gently.Add water.


Dust the blueberries with a tbsp of flour.
Fold in blueberries.
Meanwhile, pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C for 10 mins.Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet.Transfer the brownie batter.
Bake for 30 mins at 150 degrees C .
Now take the tin out and place blueberries on top .

Place it back in the oven and bake for another 8-10 mins.
Transfer it to a cooling rack and slice it when cooled.

I used 11”x7” rectangular tin.
Any brand of dark chocolate can be used.
