Black pepper Ajwain Crackers

Ingredients
- 2 cup All purpose flour/ Maida
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 cup Finely chopped Ajwain leaves
- 2 tsp Cumin powder
- 2 tbsp Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 2 tsp Garlic paste
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Refined oil
- 2-3 tbsp Water
Directions

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together except water.

Mix well for a minute or two . Add water.

Add 1-2 tbsp of extra water if the dough is too stiff.

Divide the dough into two portions. Cling wrap it and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.

Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet.

Take the dough out . Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough.

Cut it into to desired shapes. Transfer it into the prepared tin. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Pre heat the oven at 140 degree C. Turn on the fan mode.

Place the baking tin into the oven . Bake for 18-20 minutes at 140 degrees C .

Turn off the oven. Transfer the crackers to a coolingrack.

Let it cool well.
