Baked Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 4-5 count Potatoes (medium sized)
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Red chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Chilli butter

  • 2 tbsp Salted butter
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder

Directions

Wash the potatoes well and pressure cook it for 5 mins or wait for two whistles.

Allow it to cool well.Do not remove the skin.

Now slice it carefully.

Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet.

Carefully transfer these sliced potatoes to the baking tin.

Heat olive oil and garlic paste in microwave for a minute.

Drizzle it over the sliced potatoes along with other ingredients except chilli butter,

Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees C for 10 mins

Place the tin in the oven and bake for 40 mins.

Meanwhile mix salted butter and the rest of the ingredients well .Freeze it for 10 mins.

Now open the oven after 40 minutes.Add 2 tbsp of butter on the baked potatoes.

Continue to bake until the potatoes are golden brown in colour.

Remove from the oven and serve hot with garlic cheese spread.
