Baked Masala Cashew Nuts

Ingredients

  • 500 g Unsalted Cashew Nuts
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Dry ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 8- 10 count Curry leaves

Directions

Pre heat the oven at 140 degree C for 10 mins. Turn on the fan mode.

Line a rectangular baking tin with parchment sheet.

In a bowl mix all the ingredients together.

Transfer it to the prepared tin.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Remove the tin from the oven. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
