Apple Nutella Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Self raising flour
  • 1/8 Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 count Egg
  • 1/2 cup Castor sugar
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 6 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Fresh cream
  • 1/3 cup Apple cut into small pieces
  • 1 tsp Apple Cidar Vinegar
  • 4 tbsp Nutella

Directions

Grease and dust two muffin tins. I’m using small muffin tins. Pre heat the oven at 140 degrees C with top and bottom rods on.

Sift flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon powder thrice.

Using a hand mixer, beat egg, oil and milk well.

Add fresh cream.

Now mix both dry and wet ingredients using a spatula.

Add chopped Apple and Apple Cidar Vinegar.

Do not stir the batter.Follow cut and fold method.

Transfer the batter to the prepared muffin tin.

Spoon 1 tsp of nutella .

Give a gentle swirl using a wooden toothpick.

Bake for 12-15 minutes at 140 degrees C.
