Almond Coconut Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Gluten free rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Freshly grated coconut
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Dry ginger powder
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 1/3 cup Coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup Salted Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Salt

Directions

Pre heat the oven at 140 degrees C.

Mix all the ingredients together except raisins.

Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet.

Transfer the oats mixture into the prepared tin.

Spread it evenly.

Place it into the oven and bake for 30 minutes.

Keep stirring the mixture every 10 minutes.

Now add the raisins. Bake for another 10 minutes.

Remove the tin from the oven.

Let it cool.
