Aam Panna

Ingredients
- 500 g Raw mango pieces without skin
- 2 1/2 cups Water
- 250 g Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Black Salt
- 2 tbsp Cumin powder
- 8-10 count Mint leaves

Pressure cook all the above mentioned ingredients together except salt and sugar.

Cook for 8-10 minutes.Turn off the heat. Let it cool well.

In a blender, blend the cooked mangoes, sugar and salt. Pass it through a strainer.

This can be refrigerated.

Take 2-3 tbsp of Aam Panna . Add a glass of cold water/ tonic . Serve chilled.
